Higher is a lifestyle — Martin, Six, Kugusha
Martin, Six and Kugusha are all early members of higher. A new creative collective with its own native currency, built with a token on Base, publishing on Zora, and accelerating out of sight as one of the all-time fastest growing Farcaster channels. Higher is a lifestyle, an optimistic mindset, a brand being built in real time by hundreds of people on the internet. The word itself was used in crypto for some time, but the idea that “Higher” could be something bigger was kickstarted by LGHT in March. LGHT created the arrow logo and the /higher Farcaster channel, after a suggestion from Jacob from Zora that the unicode up arrow (↑) could be the symbol for “higher”. And LGHT then made a few memes in a collection on Zora. We talk about everyone’s early experiences on Farcaster and views on how it’s developing. About the origins of higher and what’s emerging so far from this experiment, building a brand together. Zooming out on the possibilities and general sense of fun and play with people on the internet that is something to be a part of. #3: Building Habits From The Ground Up
Entry #3: Building Habits From The Ground Up Satisfying the Basic Needs of Maslow's Hierarchy To not only reach self-actualization, but also to reach it consistently, I knew that I would need to start from the beginning. I needed to undergo a complete change in my daily approach to life. Based on my goals and personality, I knew I would benefit from adding structure to my days in a way that introduced continuous building. Each day, a new building block can be formed that can connect to the previous day to build towards the person I have always been meant to be. For me, and I think most people, each step on the path to self-actualization can be stabilized by meeting the basic physical and mental needs (the bottom layer of Maslow's hierarchy). This foundation makes sense: I know that my ideal me is not someone who is unhealthy and unhappy. But what is my ideal me? That is a question for each of us to decide. #2 The Path Of Self-Actualization
Entry #2: The Path of Self-Actualization Burnout Recovery From The Ground Up One month ago I gave my resignation. Yesterday was my last day 😌 I resigned from the intellectual property law firm I have worked at since 2016. Many people have asked me what I am doing next? Which firm I am going to? Which company have I joined? The answer? Nothing, none of them. Welcome to the Recalibrating Podcast 🧭 ✨ Join me as I explore the depth of what the world has to offer.
