This week on MARS, Matthew & Rizzle kicked things of discussing the latest "Rizzle News." After that the conversation shifted to reflections on the last two weeks of minting the show on Pods.Media and how much more meaningful mints have felt compared to generic listens. On this week's episode of MARS, Matthew & Rizzle talk about the Grifter Squaddies drop on vipe.io brought to the metaverse by the legendary Toxsam. Fun fact: Matthew, Rizzle, and NonFunGerbil Luke all got a similar (but actually rather rare) Grifter Squaddie. After red-pilling Rizzle into scooping his squaddie, the conversation shifted to talking about a Brookhawk-inspired topic: Interface. The app that launched in 2023 is still around and pushing out updates, but many other projects have largely incorporated it's main functionality of following other wallets and tracking onchain transaction history as a feature. That led into a reflection on Cent, being too early when building something net-new in a burgeoning sector, the hair width's difference between succeeding and failing, and how we are ALL hoping the purple app doesn't eff it up.

Preserving & Re-telling History on the Blockchain

On this week's episode of MARS, Matthew & Rizzle take it back to the summer of 2020 when the late great Alotta Money became the very first sponsor of the WIP. That led to a deeper reflection on how everyone who has been minting, collecting, and building on the blockchain up until this point can better preserve and re-tell all of those tokenized stories that exist across the crypto space.
